Room was adequate in size. Clean and comfortable. My sister loved the oversized bathtub. The woman that serviced our room all three nights was delightful. The people at check in and the concierge were exceptional on all levels. We are English speaking and staff members were all capable of helping us out. Concierge recommended restaurants, Palkin was the best restaurant I’ve been to anywhere in the world. Also, places to go for different activities and money changing locations nearby. Location is easy walking to many different places and restaurants. The service in the à la cart restaurant near the lobby lovely. Imagine having three people deliver your coffee to you so luxurious. We loved our stay.
Had the pleasure staying at the hotel for few nights- it’s as great as it could be! The vibe of the place with deep class, and the energy of the grandiose past and the greatest people of the world as visitors. Highly recommend the tour - we had with Sofia and driver Roman and they were amazing. And the art boutique- they are so informative, I could call my visit there as an educational. Just amazing experience and I’m coming back as soon as could.
Very many mean people. The wiper cut woman came yelling and kicking on us. THREW FOREIGN CHILDRENS MINORITIES ON THE STREET WITHOUT A SUPERVISOR. Veey rude. They will hear from me more. Bad bad service. Make Estonia Great Again. We will not be getting luggage. They stole our baggage.
