Rocco Forte Masseria Torre Maizza

We stayed at the Rocco Forte Masseria Torre in late April. The service and attentive staff were outstanding, as was the food and attention to detail. Our room was lovely, spacious and well designed. The public spaces were very nice and well cared for...but hats off to the GM and his staff. Absolutely first rate.

Probably the best hotel service I have ever experienced. The staff go out of their way to make sure your holiday is perfect! The concierge team we had the privilege to work with, Fortunato, Pasquale and Gianni were always ready and willing to help! Fortunato in particular made sure to help us every day of our stay with our sight-seeing plans. He had the absolute best recommendations for dinner and lunch places and his ability to make sure we went to the best towns, the best olive oil and wine tasting experiences and overall really made our vacation incredible. The restaurant on site provided extraordinary breakfasts and dinners. The entire Masseria is beautiful and peaceful. Cannot wait to go back and see more of Puglia and its beauty,

Pasquale embodies the spirit of Puglian hospitality — gracious, thoughtful, and always ready with a smile and a perfect recommendation. He didn’t just host us; he welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home in this slice of paradise. Dining at Carosello is a revelation. Every plate is a celebration of local ingredients and Italian culinary soul, paired with exceptional regional wines. Breakfast under the bougainvillea-draped pergola? Pure poetry.
