Every meal felt like a treat. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It’s rare to find such hospitality. Our recent stay at Rock Manali by Vivaan was truly delightful! The hospitality was top-notch, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The morning and evening buffet spreads were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options that made every meal a treat. Room service was equally impressive – prompt, fresh, and flavorful. A special mention to Mr. Rishu from the front desk, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out. He was extremely helpful, always courteous, and made check-in and other arrangements smooth and hassle-free. The entire staff was kind, sweet, and genuinely welcoming to all guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again on our next trip to Manali. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience during my stay at Hotel Rock Manali by Vivaan. All the amenities are superb. The room that we stayed in was just great. The hotel has a good restaurant. The view from the hotel is magnificent. The behavior of the staff is also so nice. Looking forward to visiting this place again.
