I came here to the area to ski and found I enjoy the breakfast and dinner at the Rock Noir restaurant a little more than skiing. It is located just inside the hotel. The restaurant and hotel staff are incredibly happy. I see it their faces and by how helpful they are. Also each of the staff are always busy and put full effort into what they are doing. I hope this post will help some people out while they are vacationing near Serre Chevalier ski resort area.
What a lovely hotel and fantastic bunch of staff. From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home and so welcomed by everyone. The hotel is extremely well located (50 yards from the chairlift) and next to a couple of bars and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are well appointed and the food is lovely but above all the staff made this place very special. Special mentions to Ugo, Justine, Ornella & Pauline
Great location for the slopes, very clean and comfortable rooms, but the star was the receptionists in the evening , she was absolutely fantastic! so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again.
