Rockefeller by Slaviero Hotéis

I havent checked out yet but just wanted to say the team here are really amazing. We are travelling with our baby and heading to airport soon. They have been the most polite and considerate team I have gotten the pleasure to meet in hotels in Brazil and couldn't do more to help accommodate us. Dinner and breakfast lovely too and rooms very good value for money. Definately the best place I have stayed on our trip couldn't recommend more.

Rooms are good but are not really up to date, i couldn't get inside the hot tub, which looks very old and molded on the tub silicone all around, breakfest is amazing, very clean and tast so good, after my check out i had our luggage's and nobody even offered to help with 4 people free in the counter, anyway it's not bad hotel but a bit expansive for what can really offer maybe that can be credited because of the location

A most enjoyable hotel experience. The customer service was truly remarkable, characterized by politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness in every aspect. The front desk manager exerted considerable effort to ensure our stay was delightful, delivering exceptional service. While our room was satisfactory, the view left something to be desired. The breakfast surpassed our expectations and ranks among the finest we've encountered in a hotel. Highly recommended.
