I didn't stay here, but visited friends staying. Their room was on the third floor had a good view and was a great size with queen bed, kitchenette and small sofa. The ensuite bathroom was nice too - all very new and good fixtures. I like the location, a short walk from either Tower Hill or Aldgate. Super close to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London if you're sightseeing. I was there for a few hours and didn't really notice the train noise, although someone was complaining to the reception when I arrived about it. One side of the building is near the train tracks and the other isn't. If the noise was an issue I'm sure you could ask to move rooms.

The room was ok, however, cleaning could be better. We stayed there for 4 days and the room was never cleaned during our stay. The breakfast is not good, so wouldn’t recommend going for it. It is served in a very small area in the reception, it doesn’t offer a lot of variety and the food hygiene is also not great. Overall, would recommend if you are looking for something comfortable, affordable and with good location.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I was informed just 2 hours before check in that my reservation was canceled due to a supposed “pipe issue.” No prior warning, no assistance, no alternative arrangements, nothing. They completely abandoned me last minute and made absolutely no effort to help. My entire trip was thrown into chaos because of their total lack of professionalism and responsibility. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Unreliable, irresponsible, and unacceptable.
