Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort

We had a fantastic stay here with our family to kick of our summer vacation. It was our first time to PEI and we just loved it. This resort we highly recommend staying at for your accommodations. You can stay in the main hotel with large one bedroom suits or in one of their private cottages, which we are interested trying for our next stay. It’s located right on the ocean with a beautiful large beach and exceptional sunsets. Activities available golf, tennis and pool swimming for the days when you aren’t exploring the island. Food at the hotel was good and staff were very friendly and attentive. Our suit was the perfect size for a family of 4. The hotel was clean and well kept.

We really loved this place. The staff are really amazing and so helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. We stayed three nights and golfed. There was a bon fire on the beach every night that we enjoyed. While the room decor is a little tired , it felt right with the laid back charm of the island. Very clean and comfortable. Room service was fast and good too!

Starting with the minuses, 1st floor room with view to the lawn/ parking lot side with old discolored sofa-bed, bathroom needing updates, most aggressive kind of mosquitoes so there is no point in trying to sit outside to look at the stars. That said, it is a beautiful and serene property, a morning walk through the golf course to the private beach was delightful. I can see how the cottages with the sea view or a sea front room on the 3rd floor would be popular. We reserved at the last minute and had a dog so we ended with the least desirable room.
