Rodina Suites

I stayed with my family for one night during our trip in Turkey. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped — above average compared to the usual standard in Turkey. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and spoke good English. The house is located in the tourist area of Kuşadası, with lots of small shops and local places right below, and just a short walk from the seaside. A great stop on our journey!

Orhan was incredibly helpful and responsive when we asked how to get there from the Havas bus station, he came to pick us up instead! Apartments were comfortable - love being able to do my laundry in my apartment, having basic kitchen facilities to make food and the spacious living room. Also nice to have balcony doors that open up to nice fresh air every day. Only thing that was a tad difficult - water heater wasn't consistent, it suddenly gets intermittently cold and warm while showering, but it's a small issue. Hair dryer works, but has a scarily loud sound and vibration akin to a lawn mower. Internet consistency can be improved. It will periodically drop, modem needs to be reset, before being able to get internet again.

Excellent location at the edge of the bazaar and near the waterfront. Very spacious apartment with washing machine, kitchen, bedroom, livingroom, and balcony over alley. Stairs to first above ground level. The apartment and amenities were a welcome relief after 2 weeks of vacationing in cramped hotel rooms. Nightclubs nearby but noise did not intrude. Typically in Turkey the wifi is slow during rush hour. Water pressure the same. AC not piwerful. It is advisable to bring salt, pepper, oil, washing powder. Decent supermarket just 3 minutes away. Definitely recommend. Would give 5* except for minor issues above. Orhan and wife are charming and most helpful.
