1. The air conditioner did not work, the room was very stuffy - they offered one fan for two rooms. They said there was nothing more they could do. As a result, we didn’t sleep well at night and got up at 6 am. 2. In the evening there was no hot water - a technician came and said that the neighbors had used up all the hot water and water would probably appear in 30-40 minutes. I had to take a cold shower) 3. In the morning at the restaurant, the waiter started asking the whole restaurant what our room was and asking if we didn’t have water and what happened there 🙈🙈. I didn’t really want to bring up this topic and spoil my breakfast in the morning. In the end, they brought two desserts to the room, but after breakfast they were no longer available. 4. The SPA also surprised me: I signed up for a classic massage, but then they considered aroma massage more expensive. During the massage, the massage therapist asked which oil she liked best in terms of aroma - not a word that the oil was more expensive or that this was not a different type of massage. At the checkout they convinced me that you yourself chose this oil 🙈🙈🙈 5. We asked to order breakfast in advance in the evening for the morning - not very convenient. The breakfast itself was not bad, the fresh juice was only diluted with water. The hotel offered compensation as follows: We would like to offer you a free spa service as a compliment, your choice of facial massage, collar area massage or cedar barrel For 40 thousand a night, it's just terrible. If it weren’t for the 2-hour drive, we would have left in the evening.

So let's begin. We came for a holiday in May with a child 1) for children there is nothing here: from food to activities.
