We just checked out after a 5 night stay at Hotel Rodona and cannot say enough good things about it. The room was clean and compact but had everything we needed, plus a luxuriously large bathroom with rain shower and full size tub. The location is perfect, steps from everything you want to do and explore in Condesa (and a 5 minute walk from a Walmart if you need to pickup any supplies). But despite the amazing location the street is relatively quiet at night and we slept well. And, as other reviewers have mentioned, the service is exceptional. Gabriel was welcoming, kind and attentive to all of our needs but never overbearing. Everyone else we interacted with was great as well. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation so I cannot comment on those but the hotel provided coffee service in the lobby each morning and left a welcome treat for us in the room. I highly recommend the hotel, and we definitely plan to return!
Lovely boutique hotel that was clean and had AC. It was also walking distance to many restaurants on the Michelin guide. Joshua and Ian were AMAZING concierges! They were very knowledgeable about everything from the art that was on display to what medication to get from the pharmacy for stomach aches. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel Redondo is a gem in the heart of Condesa. Located right on one of the most beautiful parks in Mexico City, it offers the perfect blend of tranquility and access to everything you’d want—some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just steps away. Despite being in such a vibrant neighborhood, the hotel is delightfully quiet at night. As a light sleeper, I was a little worried, but it turned out to be fantastic. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Ours had a lovely balcony and a modern, recently redone bathroom that added to the boutique feel. There’s no breakfast service at the moment, but they do offer freshly brewed coffee in the morning, which was a great start to the day. The real standout, though, is the staff. Gabriel and his team were warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had an amazing experience in CDMX. This is a true 15-room boutique hotel that hits all the right notes—charming, comfortable, and full of heart. I just wish I took more photos of the hotel.
