Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness

We stayed at Rodos Palladium for a full week and everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality across all the restaurants. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and maintained to a very high standard. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of luxury and calm. The staff were always genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional – they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect with immediate access to the beach, and the hotel’s range of facilities was outstanding. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the restaurants and bars, everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday – highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

Great experience. The pool is awesome and there is a very nice private beach. The food is decent. The bar is relatively good value for money. It’s located around 10 mins drive from the city of Rhodes so take into consideration to have a car or something. The Spa is high end, we enjoyed the massage! The gym is quite small.

Not a true 5-star experience , more like a solid 4-star We travel frequently and have stayed in many 4-star hotels that easily surpass this one. While the hotel is impeccably clean and the staff generally friendly, it simply doesn’t live up to the expectations of a genuine 5-star establishment. The minibar was empty except for a single bottle of wine, and regardless of how long you stay, you’re given just one bottle of water, with no refills. The half-board option was underwhelming: meals were mostly not hot, not high quality, and lacked flavor. We ended up relying on salad and dessert just to feel full. Breakfast was another letdown, especially with the use of industrial juice, something we've never encountered at any true 5-star hotel. The rooms and hallways are in need of renovation. Although we had booked a sea view room in the side building, we ended up with a side sea view instead, and staff acted as if this was a generous upgrade. In reality, we would have simply appreciated getting the room we actually booked, we had no preference for being in the main building. Labeling that switch as an “upgrade” felt misleading. Overall, this hotel might suit travelers with modest expectations, but if you’re looking for true 5-star quality and service, you’ll likely be disappointed.
