Roe Valley Resort

We had a wedding for our daughter here on 24th June. It was a splendid venue for a wedding. There was lots of space, and the decor rather tasteful. The area where we had tea and scones was beautiful, and the shortbread was simply delicious. The reception staff and managers were all very pleasant. The catering staff did a tremendous job. Nothing was a bother to them, and the beef gravy was the best! The bridal room was amazing!

A beautiful hotel set in a huge estate with a golf course in the grounds. Recently purchased by the Galgorm so I believe, but a beautiful hotel and spa. Sadly I didn't get to use it all but it is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms maybe a little dated but I liked it. Clean and comfortable, I just hope they don't start charging silly money.

Had a nice stay despite the fact that many of the advertised facilities weren't finished/built yet - very misleading website! We also had issues with allergen labelling at breakfast and despite this being brought to staff attention, it still hadn't been changed the next day. This is incredibly dangerous for anyone with serious allergies. Have written to the hotel twice to highlight our concerns and not had any sort of reply despite asking for info on how to make a formal complaint. Very poor!
