This was an amazing experience. The people at the hotel were second to none. I felt very secure there being a woman by myself. The pool was refreshing. The food was good but their dining room was quite expensive if you didn't want to leave there were not too many alternatives. It's probably why the dining room was all but empty, and many people went across the street to eat. The drinks were good, and I really enjoyed my view from the balcony in my room, and from the pool, and from the dining room. If you are staying in the area I would recommend them highly.

From check-in to check-out, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. 👋 Bellman Service: Paul and Mitchell welcomed us with warm hospitality and professionalism — they set the tone for the entire stay. Checking in with Sean was a pleasure. He’s intelligent, resourceful, and carries himself with such a polished and intellectual presence, a true asset to the brand and a phenomenal host. 🛎️ Checkout Team: Nikoy and Tracey were a joy to speak with. They made checking out just as pleasant as checking in, friendly, thoughtful, and made us feel truly cared for. 🏨 The Hotel: It’s definitely in my Top 5! Clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The security presence is strong and reassuring, especially with Alicia and Natalie, who were both professional and welcoming. 🌊 Location: You’re right across from the ocean, many rooms are oceanfront, which makes for good views. Don't forget about the second floor rooftop pool. There’s plenty to do nearby, whether you’re looking for shopping, dining, or local attractions. ☕ Amenities: The coffee shop on site serves great coffee and delicious pastries, perfect for morning starts or mid-day treats. 🚗 Parking: On-site parking is convenient and secure, with visible security on patrol. Bottom line, the staff makes all the difference here. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Second time staying at this hotel while my room was lovely and that part was much appreciated, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over an hour for breakfast, and more than 30 minutes just for a hot chocolate. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize for the long delays. To make matters worse, I ordered an extra side of plantain and that still came out well after the rest of the meal. If you’d like to get somewhere with quick restaurant service this place is not it!
