This location is top located! Within walking distance of the old town and also to the harbor and beach it is good to do! The host is more dab friendly and very helpful! Nice room .. only I had the bad luck that the air conditioning was programmed by a previous tenant .. but a phone call to the host and it was solved asap

The worst experience of my life!!!!!!! Me and my partner we booked the hotel because we wanted something comfortable to relax in our first vacation together. However, when we got there, a nightmare would begin. Not only there was no receptionist to assist us, but also our room was infested by flies! We counted more than 70 flies inside the room, and the number kept getting higher as we waited there. There were flies on the wall, on the sofas and ON THE BED. It was completely disgusting!!!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 We had to rang them a couple of times, so they could try to give us a room that is suitable for someone to stay in. However, because they had no availability, we had to move to another accommodation with all of our stuff that was a couple minutes away from Roko. The next day, we thought they would allow us to stay in this other accommodation, but they asked us to move back to our old room infested with flies, claiming that the issue was solved. The room seemed to be clean and without any flies, so we went to Split downtown to have a tour. When we got back, we noticed that some flies were already there again. Clearly the room had an infestation somewhere. We talked with the receptionist again, and he gave us the room next to ours to sleep for the night. So here we are again, moving our stuff for the THIRD time. But it doesn’t stop there. We slept in this other room for the second night. And we again thought they would finally allow us to stay there after all the inconvenience. No. THEY KICKED US OUT. They explained that they had no availability, so we should find our own way to figure out another place to stay for the next two days. They didn’t provide any assistance, any tips or whatsoever to help us find a new place. We had to book another hotel last minute for doubled of the price!!!!!! This turned our four day trip to split into a nightmare. We just wanted to relax, but instead we had to stress the whole trip. We were refunded for the 2 nights we did not stay there and after weeks of whatsapp conversations and calls, they gave us 15% compensation, which covered not even half of the costs of the hotel we were forced to book at the last minute! Awful stay, awful attitude to try and rectify any issues!

Very poorly managed property which gives a feeling of staying more in a hostel than a hotel. No one from management is available on the property although they do come after messaging but only in normal hours. Guests from other rooms started banging doors in the middle of the night which became quite scary but there was no one to stop or tell them. Also the room initially given to us had major issue with the door lock as the door kept opening by a simple push despite locking. We were initially asked to adjust for a day and wait for the handyman to repair the next day and when asked about the safety of our stuff, we were simply suggested to trust the staff. We were given a different room after much insistence.
