Roma Cave Suite Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly — we were upgraded to a better room, which was a wonderful surprise and made our trip even more special. The location is ideal: central, quiet, and with easy access to all the main sights in Cappadocia. The standout feature, though, was the staff. Communication was exceptional — they responded incredibly quickly, were warm and attentive, and truly went out of their way to help. I actually forgot to book an airport transfer, and when I messaged them after we had already landed, they somehow still managed to arrange everything immediately. The car was on its way within minutes. That kind of service is rare. Every small request or question during our stay was handled quickly and kindly — you can tell the team genuinely cares about their guests. The only area that felt a bit underwhelming was breakfast. The eggs were delicious, but the rest was just okay — nothing bad, just not at the same level as the rest of the experience. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It really felt like they cared — and that made all the difference

One of the best hospitality received from a boutique property. Rooms were too spacious, well built and decorated. Room service, food were too good with multiple varieties of Vegetarian food. Hotel was very conveniently located in the city centre. Hotel staff were too accommodating with every request. Would definitely recommend everyone for this stay !!

This is the worst customer experience I have experienced from a hotel. They are money grabbers and don’t care about your situation if they can make funds off of you. Do not stay here! Responding to his comment below, this was not by choice. Flight was cancelled (airline malfunction), couldn’t make it and wanted to rebook. They were not willing to do anything about it.
