Roma Explorers Inn

Great room with plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a decent sized TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I found the staff very friendly and helpful so I will be coming back on my next work trip.

This review is mainly about the restaurant. It's fabulous. I figured if they have beef cattle sales in Roma then it should be a good place for a steak. Good call. I had the best steak I've had for years. My partner had a pasta dish & enjoyed it, so we were both happy. As far as the motel is concerned, we had a room that was big, clean and comfortable. The rooms are built around a rectangular road that surrounds a pool with rooms in the inside having direct access to it. I didn't see those rooms but I guess they're more for families than singles or couples. It might be strange or unusual feedback but the grass surrounding the pool was wonderful -- deep, spongey and it felt luxurious.

Quiet motel on main road! Rooms are set back from road so no noise. Space to park trailers. Restaurant have beautiful food. Rooms while a little older, are spacious and comfortable. Recommend!
