This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend it for an event. The room was excellent and the grounds are beautiful. It is very close to the airport and beaches. We’d hoped to go for a nice walk but the surrounding area really doesn’t have sidewalks and aside from the beach clubs and restaurants across the street there wasn’t much to see or walk to.Very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was good. We had to leave prior to morning breakfast being served. The front desk did offer to make us a coffee, which was very nice.

Moroccan themed resort in Southeastern Sicily. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The rooms are pristine and comfortable. The food at both the restuarant and the pool was amazing. The high-level service is courteous and kind. The pool tiles should be fixed as some were missing or loose - but the pool itself is fantastic with a bar and restaurant and so many comfortable areas for relaxing. They also give you complimentay beach chairs across the street at the beach. Can't wait to return!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Families or Groups We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to a gymnasium hosting our training camp, bringing a group of children aged 5–10. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. First, there is no air-conditioning in any of the common areas, which made the extreme 40°C heat unbearable. As a group of 20, we were forced to eat identical meals with no flexibility or choice, and the so-called “kids’ menu” was laughable—one day it was literally a slab of mozzarella and some ham on the edge of a plate. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by any basic request—their attitude genuinely reminded us of Basil Fawlty. Even worse, the air-conditioning in our rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unacceptable, especially with children present. One day, we were told no pool towels were available because the hotel was “fully booked”—a bizarre excuse for a basic service failure. And as a final insult, loud music blared until 11:30 PM every night, making it impossible to get our young group to sleep. Overall, this hotel was ill-equipped to handle families, groups, or hot weather. We would strongly advise against booking if you value comfort, service, or basic hospitality.
