Romantic Boutique Hotel & Spa

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Romantic. The room was clean and cozy, with all the essentials, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with plenty of options. I was especially impressed by the restaurant Déjà vu – the food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch. It made for a really nice dinner experience. The hotel is in a convenient location – close to the city center, but still quiet and peaceful. There's also a good parking area if you're arriving by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panevėžys, whether for business or leisure.

Absolutely no response to the client's comments and requests, as a result the client must pay for a stay in a dirty room, poorly cooked food, old beds on which it is impossible to sleep, and also to stay in unrepaired premises. Holes in the walls made by door handles, paint falling from the ceiling ... you can continue indefinitely. Judging by the reviews of the previous 5 years, nothing has changed for the better. The hotel management should be given (-)4 points.
