I am utterly disappointed with the customer service I received from Reception. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff couldn't care less. They showed no interest in helping me, and when I asked for information, I was met with blank stares and vague answers. It felt like I was being a burden just for asking simple questions. The experience was completely ruined by the dismissive attitude of the staff, especially an older man with grey hair and wrinkly face. His demeanor was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. He made me feel like my concerns didn't matter at all. I expected a basic level of professionalism, but instead, I encountered an indifferent and apathetic team. This is not how customers should be treated, and I will not be returning. Cleaning must improve too! Hair on bed & toilet. Breakfast staff & rooms are all in good order.
Booked hotel based on great reviews. Traveling with dog, sent at least 3 messages two on booking and one email... was no response until day later usually more busy spots are faster and better with communication... then at arrival we received room for single person (we were two people plus dog) and in addition room wasn't cleaned! Trash was in, used towel and unpleasant smell from toilet, while going to reception I think receptionist figured out he sent us to wrong room (I guess they have some separation for where they allow dogs and where they don't allow dogs?) however the customer care from the guy was questionable no real apology for the mistake, when I said it is not cleaned the room he didn't much believe me, didn't look at picture and after such a mistake I would assume some complimentary drink or discount but here was no ownership! Design as such is nice, modern and minimalistic. Food at restaurant is good, service a bit slow and could be more friendly or come and ask if all good or if some desert etc as you usually experience in restaurants. Also manager of hotel was greeting his hotel guests at tables he somehow went to table next to us and ask if all good but not to us, only I assume cause if looking at him he asked but didn't bother to come to us as he did with any other table. Haven't seen such a SUPERFICIAL attitude in very long time... tho bill for two people was close to 100 still felt treated like someone who shouldn't be there. To avoid further stress I exchanged food with my partner however heavily pregnant I ordered well done meat and after several bites I could clearly see pink and taste bloody flavor. Overall nice hotel with good design but due to lack of working communication process and the issue with the room I wouldn't return and not sure would recommend to young couples.
The hotel is nice, beautiful, brand new and clean. One of the rooms they booked for us was pretty big. The parking is inside the building, which is quite convenient. All the organization was a disaster. We booked 2 rooms for 1 family and they booked the rooms in 2 different floors. Then the person in the reception told us they would bring 2 beds to the biggest room as our children are very small; this never happened, he told us directly that he forgot. We went for dinner to the restaurant (while they were supposed to set up the beds) at 7 pm. I booked the table 2 weeks before and called the day before to confirm and the lady in the restaurant was very suprised. It took more than 2 hours for us to have dinner, despite we were there with 2 kids and we order only 2 kids dishes, a soup and 2 other main dishes, nothing else. Between the soup and the main dishes, it took more than 1 hour, we were not hungry anymore when they arrived. We run out of drinks and order a glass of wine which never came, so we were eating with no drinks. After that, they were not even passing by, it was very late and our children needed to sleep and I went to the the waiter to pay and explained the situation and not she did not even apologize. Then went to reception to ask if the beds were in place and the person there, same as before, told me he forgot. Then I told him everything had been a disaster so far and again, he told me he could not improve it and did not apologize. Next day, no one cleaned the room me and my kids slept in (what a coincidence after complaining) but they did clean the room where my husband slept. I thought it might be a policy of the hotel or one should indicate you wanted the room to be cleaned, but they cleaned one the rooms and not the other. Last day when we left, no one was a the reception for more than 1 hour and we left the keys there with no possibility to check-out personally. It was the coldest, most unpleasant and worst organized stay in years for us.
