Romantik Hotel Hof zur Linde

A great hotel with nice staff, spacious and clean rooms and lovely restaurant. An ideal place for short getaways for couples especially. Takes 15 minutes to get to Münster center but the views and the accomodation is well worth the short trip. Our room was well equipped. Beds were clean and comfortable. The restaurant looks lovely and the service is welcoming. We also liked how the reception team helped us with our requests. We will surely visit again.

Very nice old fashioned hotel. Room was very spacious with access to the garden, which was great in the morning to see the squirrels run up and down the trees. Breakfast was basic, the service in the bar was a bit slow.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I was bitten on my back by bed bugs during the night. I informed the hotel but the matter was not taken further. The second time, our room was not made up by the staff, even though I requested it should be, by leaving the 'Please make up the room' sign on the door. The water bottle in the room had the lid on but the bottle itself was empty, obviously consumed by the previous guests and not replaced. The 'shampoo' in the shower was nearly empty when we arrived, so for the shower on the second morning we had to use the hand soap by the sink to clean ourselves. Lastly the greeting on arrival at reception was not friendly or welcoming. One positive was the service by the waiter we had for dinner one evening, exceptionally friendly and fun.
