We tried the full range of services: rooms, conference facilities, and restaurants. Overall, very good — beautiful location with great views and good food. The only thing to point out is the service, especially outdoors, where the staff were not very flexible and honestly not friendly at all. It’s a shame, because everything else is wonderful, but having a nice view doesn’t justify that kind of attitude. Definitely something to improve.
We only had lunch at the garden restaurant : The food was just awful : filets de perché at 50,00 CHF for 8 pièces Hardy unfrozen as well as rustis. Tarte tatin served call . Service condescendant. Except for location and view thus restaurant not to be recommended .
It is a scam! The hotel is advertised as 4 stars… but barely deserves 3… the tiniest rooms in the region, the mattress is very old and needs replacement… bad smell in the bathroom. Breakfast below average. Parking on site only available over night, but need to move the car during the day.
