Romantik Hotel Russo Palace

On a little sub island of Venice, Lido, this was such a great place to stay! Main island is reachable by water bus which was super easy to navigate, and the island is residential. So pretty quiet and less crowded than the main venice. The room was clean and had water view! The breakfast included was good and the staff was always nice and available. I will note that the shower is quite small and has no door or curtain. I kinda felt like Buddy the Elf. But im thinking thats just all showers in Italy. I had no issues otherwise! Room has a/c also, so didnt need to sleep with the windows open!

The bathroom in our room was in very poor condition. It was dirty, with visible grime and an unpleasant smell, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. This was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.the location is good, tho.
