Had a big party of 16 people during trade show season. It's a good pick with excellent stuff who are happy to arrange the tables, brilliant view outside and inside, as well as a quiet environment for business talks. Food was on cheap side too. P.S. We got married in August 2024 at the Rettershof, and unfortunately, we must say that the entire experience was highly disappointing. Shortly after making our initial payment, we received minimal communication and were repeatedly required to follow up via multiple emails and phone calls in order to obtain any response. Our first scheduled appointment for the menu tasting was canceled upon our arrival at the venue, despite the significant effort we had made to travel there. At our rescheduled appointment, we were served incorrect dishes for every course except the appetizer. None of the requests we discussed during our two meetings, such as the wine list and hotel room arrangements, were implemented. There were no updates and no responses from the venue. The day before our wedding, we stayed at the venue and were surprisingly informed by an employee that the individual responsible for coordinating our wedding was no longer employed there. Additionally, we were presented with an entirely incorrect itinerary, an improper room setup, and an inaccurate seating arrangement for our guests. Since this occurred in the evening, all staff members had already left, leaving us completely uncertain about what to expect on our wedding day. The following morning, as the bride and groom, we found ourselves having to arrange the tables for our guests. Throughout our wedding, we were running around, making sure everything runs smoothly, as the venue had no idea of our itinerary. There were numerous other smaller issues, but overall, this venue does not appear fit to host events that are meant to be among the most special moments in people’s lives. Several employees even complained to us that it is poorly managed. If you are looking for a well-organized and stress-free event, we strongly advise against choosing this venue.
