Lovely hotel for a romantic getaway or base for wine tours in the area. Loved the breakfast, eggs are made to order and an excellent sausage and cheese platter will be brought upon request. Fresh local bakery.
A lovely small wine village. The hotel is right in the center. Close to the highway. Good Food!
We spent a lovely couple of nights at Zur Schwane last weekend. I’d last been here 20 years ago and the welcome remains just as warm. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and we stayed in one of the lovely new rooms. Great restaurant, warm hospitality and lovely Franken wines from the family vineyards. We enjoyed a very informative (and fun) wine tasting in the family’s cellar under the hotel on the Saturday evening which added to the experience. Highly recommended. We will be back!
