Nice apartment! Clean and with comfortable beds!There is coffee and tea!Close to the metro, which takes you to the center and to the Vatican, as well as to the Termini station!I recommend this place!

Overall amazing house and host. The cleaning lady in communal area was quite annoyingly disturbing the stay. Be careful not to bump into her. Also when you stay in rooms facing the road it could be quite noisy. So host prepared the earplugs.

Location: 5/5 This accommodation is located relatively closer to the city center. The closes metro is San Giovanni which is only 200m away. By walk you can reach the colosseum in 20 mins. By taking the metro M-A you can go to literally anywhere in the city, for example the Vatican museum is 30 mins in M-A. Surroundings: 3.7/5 It is right in the Main Street, it is extremely noisy. I stayed here for 5days and there were some days that I was woken up by the ambulance in the middle of the night. WiFi: 5/5 Connecting to the WiFi was very easy and the speed was quite good. Cleanliness: 5/5 The housekeeping was everyday and the maintenance of the room was amazing. Everything was super clean and well presented. Communication: 4/5 The questions were answered very quickly by the hosts over WhatsApp. They even gave me tips and suggestions on the parking. Only one minor misunderstanding was that when I booked the room I booked it with air conditioning (I specifically turned my filter on for this option in booking.com). But when I arrived the host said that AC was not available (the remote was not in the room to turn the AC on). I confronted the host with the confirmation from the booking.com, they made a mistake to have the option of the AC-availability checked-in on the booking.com when I made my booking. Technically according to them the AC is available only at peak summer (I visited in May) and for the temperature above 25deg, you do not need an AC, which is nice and all for environmental protection perspective. But it was not the case when I booked the room. Good thing is that the host agreed to it immediately and sent the AC remote to the room. So please check for the description properly before booking in the off-summer season. Parking: (if you come by car) This is a bit complicated. You cannot find any parking in the neighborhood. But there is a auto shop right behind this accommodation where you can leave the car for 25€/day and you have to give the car keys to them. At first it sounded a bit fishy but the host gave us the information that they need the keys as the parking spaces are a bit compact so they have to move around the cars. So they need the access to the car at all times. We parked the car here for five days and all went well. We did not find anything peculiar with the car when we picked it up.
