Rome Palace Deluxe All Inclusive Premium

We had a reservation for 6 days here and everything was amazing! The staff was always smiling, greeting us, and helping with any information we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the Black Sea. The food was very diverse — we enjoyed Mediterranean, Oriental, Italian, and Bulgarian dishes (and the desserts were great too!). Cocktails were well mixed, and you could taste every flavour in them. Parking was included in the price, and their parking lot is big, so everyone can park without any problem. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We had a great time and will definitely come back to Rome Palace!

We seeked a prime location in Cacao Beach and due to a cancellation we chose this Hotel. To start with everyone is smiling every day at this location and this is not common in Bulgaria. Our room was great and the food was mostly outstanding. We wished for a better mix sometimes at the breakfast but this is beeing picky at high level. For a 4star Hotel the food was exceptional with huge choice. Coffee machines were very good. The alcohol was local but we couldn’t complaint. Fresh made pizza and burgers at the pool. Cleaning cleaning and cleaning all the time you see people cleaning. Very friendly staff mostly speaking Russian it can be challenging to talk to them but at the end you get always what you want. Chef is always present at the buffet. They bring all the time fresh food so even if you get late you will get satisfied. We got our hands on the gambas and Mulles. Roasted pork a lot of choice. Ice cream was also very good. We never got sick or had any upset stomach. The hotel is hosting a lot of families. They provide free parking that is also important at the location. Almost first line of the seaside. The location is secure and you are in 5min at Cacao Beach. As we went to party at night we always meet the security on site.

Beli in this hotel 5 days. Food it is also no variety. The staff does not speak English or Bulgarian. Fitness and spa do not work. Furniture in the rooms is very very old and never cleaned on time. The hotel manager is simply not an adequate woman. There is no security at all, neither day nor night. During 5 days of stay, the elevators broke down 7 times. Since the staff does not understand any language, the service is terrible. This hotel is rated at 2.5 stars at most. The hotel says 4 stars, this is a lodge hotel, it's not worth more than 2.5
