Cute place, bit pricey but good location. Pro: very early check in, nice for when you arrive! Some tips: it's across the street from the restaurant that shows up on Google maps (see photo of gate). You can leave your luggage when you check out but give yourself a lot of time to get it back. The lady working never answered the buzzer to let us back in so we had to Whatsapp them (use the contact number from Google)
Very clean rooms in a perfect, safe and convenient location. The breakfast in the nearby coffee shop is just AMAZING. The owner is helpful overall, although we never saw him. The rooms are not very soundproofed, but luckily, the rest of the residents were somehow quiet. Although we faced an issue with the air-conditioning, it was not resolved. Thankfully, it was not too cold, and we managed to warm with the bathroom heating device.
This was the review we shared on another platform: The property was close to public transport and lots of restaurants. They let us store our luggage after check out so we could make our tour before checking in our other hotel. The breakfast was great. The air conditioning did not work. It was so hot and I could not cool down. The water in the shower would not stop running which was annoying. Trying to find it according to the address on booking took us to another property so had to reach out to the owner for the correct address. Glad she answered quickly. The area is too populated for us so keep that in mind. And this is the response we got from the property: "hello good evening let's say you've been in less than 24 hours is such an assessment that surprises us. Simply because everyone's air conditioning works and no one has complained just push the small button on the wall and it turns on, as far as the water is concerned, no one has told us anything And as far as arrivals are concerned, I don't think it's our problem if a person in 2023 can't find a structure in the center of Rome. Having also sent the photos as directions to arrive. if you wanted a quieter area for your needs, you certainly don't have to book in the center of European cities but in the suburbs. And these reasons, however, are not even attributable to the stay with us. Thanks" What a joke LOL! Before you try to get smart with someone about your run down property, make sure you use proper English ;)
