Perfect location. Breakfast is served in your room only at a time specified by you. Room are very comfortable and absolutely dark (with shutters closed) so u get a perfect night sleep. I rate it as superb!!! Highly recommended.
Stayed here mid September 2022. After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned but was relieved on arrival. We arrived early morning to be greeted warmly. Shown to our room which was located in another building. The room was in need of some TLC but was clean. The bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Someone had left a review about the hot water but if you leave the water running for a short while the hot water begins to flow. Location was great and after the first night got use to the bells.
We stayed 3 nights in top floor with view. 2 of those nights we had no hot water, so we had to shower our baby with cold water. Refrigerator and AC do not cool/work well. Elevator did not work the entire stay (had to climb 4 floors of stairs every time). Building is run down and has water/paint damage inside: needs repairs. You can't get a hold of management: never met manager to even pay the city tax. Had to complain to cleaning staff about water. Going to ask for refund through CC. We left Venice pretty disappointed. Totally did not expect this for a 3 star hotel.
