Room Mate Bruno Rotterdam

We got a twin room but these twin beds like huge. Basically like 2 full size beds which is a nice surprise as we travel through Europe. The food hall next to it has lots of options so that’s nice. Although it has a bit of fast food vibe. But we still highly recommend it and ate there 4 times during our stay. The price for the hotel is unbeatable. A great value if you don’t mind being a little bit outside city center but easily accessible by uber or metro. We stayed for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it.

The rooms are wonderfull and the service was amazing. From the kitchenstaff housekeeping and Nightstaff. They are the true rockstars of the hotel. They made sure we had a amazing stay for 9 months. Andrea, Pedro and Claire, Sophie ,Lisa, Jackie. Thank you guys for being such amazing good people. We are forever gratefull for your kindness and Chantell, Mohagany and the rest. Thanks so much for the beautifull pictures and video's. Of our rooms made specially for us after our stay. We higly appreciate the effort expecially the screenshots and the compliments about us. They where suprising and funny and a great higlight of your beautifull souls. Much love ❤️

Because of my husband’s work, this hotel was already booked for us. We stayed for 5 days. 🧐The concept of the hotel is modern art but it felt kind of weird. The room had terrible lighting (natural and artificial). The distribution of the bed and bathroom was odd and it felt like a waste of space. The mattress and the pillows were comfortable. 🍳 the breakfast had variety but the quality was nothing special. 🍻 this hotel is connected to a plaza full of good restaurants 📍 the location is very good, in a nice area, transportation very close and walking friendly. 🛎️ front desk staff was nice. The only inconvenience that we had was one day when a staff member at the breakfast entrance did not found my name on the breakfast list, so he told my husband to go to reception and pay my breakfast although it was already paid. What bothered me was that this person told my husband to fix the problem, but it did not occured to him to FIRST ask on reception if we had payed for this service or not. 💦 complementary water and supermarket pastries in the reception. ♿️ not suitable for people with restricted mobility. There are only stairs in the main entrance, rooms are very uncomfortable (even for people without mobility disabilities), there are no automatic doors in some common spaces/guests areas.
