Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff. Perfect location close to the harbour area with lots of shop and restaurants. Convenient underground parking (if you can get a spot). The room was well laid out and had all the amenities one would expect. My daughter commented it was one of the best breakfast buffets in a hotel, with lots of variety and good quality food. But the best thing, honestly, was the staff, they were conversational and very willing to make suggestions of things to do around the area. I would easily stay at this hotel again.

We loved it. We stayed for five nights in March 25. The room (on the fourth floor) was excellent, well-appointed, spotlessly clean and with a really nice shower-room. There was a great view across the street to the harbour and port with lots of interesting things to see. We used the gym and the rooftop bar which was a great place to relax and catch some sun. I used the pool twice which wasn't heated. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay even better. We enjoyed walking up to the castle and exploring the city on foot.

The service on the rooftop was always extremely nice and professional. For the first we've met the "manager of the rooftop" Jose Luis and it was a total disaster. Most of the waiters in the rooftop work better are more professional than this empployee. All the others always made us want to come back, for the first and after meeting Jose Luis, we're never coming back. Room Mate Valeria what a disappointment!
