With sleek and contemporary architecture with clean lines, minimalist decor, and an emphasis on natural light. Spacious lobby with comfortable seating areas, modern artwork, and stylish lighting fixtures. Moreover, the hotel has a high ceiling, large windows, and open spaces that create a sense of grandeur and airiness. Comfortable and stylish rooms with modern furniture, plush bedding, and amenities such as flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming services, minibar, and coffee maker. Breakfast is good. Overall, it is a modern hotel that prioritizes comfort, convenience, and sustainability while providing a unique and memorable experience for guests. Only bad this is that the tourist tax was too high, we paid 7 euros per person for a night, which we believed it was too much.

What a lovely hotel in the heart of Florence. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Reception service was amazing and helpful at any point. Especially Alexandra. Breakfast was also very nice - varied and tasty. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to visit Florence.

This is my first ever negative review in my entire life but it’s very important to me that you hear about it: The hotel staff is stealing. Some very precious items got stolen. Not even an apology. Nothing. It didn’t even feel like the team was really investigating the issue. Please make sure to stay as far away from this hotel as you can!
