Helpful staff and gorgeous rooms. Highly recommend the Suite on the 8th floor - big room with a living room, sunbeds, outside sitting area and a killer view! Friendly and helpful staff. Car park and a mini gym also available. Good breakfast with a selection of cereals, continental and a few traditional Portuguese pastries.

We booked this hotel from booking.com, the pics are deceiving, it does not look like the pics online at all. Extremely small rooms, and AC occasionally didn’t work well. And it shuts down during the night and stayed off the entire evening. But luckily, the employees were extremely helpful and respectful that is why they earned 3 stars from me. Better service for sure. But booking.com and the pics online definitely didn’t match at all. Super small but location is super convenient and easy to go downtown by walking. We loved the location. Breakfast was just okay not the best I had.

This place is NOT what the photos look like. Very deceiving. Certainly not worth over $200 a night. Mold on the shower, uncleaned toilet and leftovers still in fridge from previous guests. Homeless sleeping outside door. Sketchy area at night, especially for solo travelers. The front desk service was very good and friendly. They assisted with an early checkout to change hotels. Seemed more like a high rise hostel than a luxury hotel. A plus side, good breakfast.
