We had a great experience, the room was very clean and well decorated. The location is great, we were able to walk into town very easily. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I left an item in my room and the staff members were very helpful in finding it for me, particularly Francesco who personally retrieved it. We would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was PERFECT for us. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Very responsive. They would call us a taxi and one would show up in about 90 seconds! The breakfast was good. The cost was great for overall value. If you're looking for something more posh, then don't complain. This is updated, comfortable and enjoyable! Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I would return! (We stayed 6 days in April) 👍🇮🇹 My only suggestion is to have more hooks and/or towel racks since I did some hand washing.
Rated as 4 star but not really a 4 star hotel! Very poor breakfast, limited lounge area with few amenities. The room was not too bad but didn’t have a proper closet and had very limited storage space. There was no small refrigerator in the room, no kettle no complementary tea or coffee.
