So impressed !! Loved having a kitchen and the products are all environmentally friendly. Stayed for work but will be back for any other times I need to stay in London. The cafe does excellent coffee too.
What a delightful hotel! I stayed at room2 for a week in my most recent trip to London. I like that this hotel is a sustainability-oriented brand, with a kitchenette in the room. Getting into Central London was a breeze. Honestly, I'm glad I stayed here rather than in Zone 1. My only one complaint is that the mattress felt too firm for my preference. I know they offer the option to select plusher bedding, but I didn't inquire.
Out of three nights, we didn’t get a single decent night’s sleep — there was constant noise from the adjoining room. It’s hard to understand the hotel’s decision to place unrelated guests in connecting family rooms, especially when other rooms were clearly available. If you’re looking for a place to get some rest — this is definitely not the right choice for your stay in London. When we raised this issue with the staff, we (a family with a 3-year-old child) were offered a room in the basement. Tempting, isn’t it?
