Celebrated anniversary here and the wife loved everything about it. Thanks for making it special. The design of the room spoke to the romantic feeling and vibe I was looking for. The added touch of rose petals was....chef kiss. The restaurant and bar was extremely worth the experience.
Lovely hotel, very helpful staff and spa facilities are great. However one let down, we decided on having breakfast despite not paying it as part of the room rate. Stupidly didn't ask the price (how expensive can a buffet breakfast be?). Then on check out was told the breakfast was 49 euros per person, for just a normal buffet breakfast. Nice but not by any means 49 euros, so a bit disappointing to be honest. Will stay there again happily but for sure will go somewhere in town for better breakfast for half the money at most.
There was clearly rotting food in our room upon check in and the hotel manager was rude about the issue. He kept asking what else I was unhappy about, implying that the rotting food was a small issue. Check in was also very slow and lady at check in was also impolite. Location was good. Room itself was average, minibar extremely overpriced
