This is a nice and very convenient hotel at a good price. I’m staying here for the second time already, and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are wonderful - fresh and tasty, and when I was there it was quiet and not crowded. The staff are polite, the rooms are clean, and everything feels familiar and comfortable. Of course, the place could use some renovation, especially compared to hotels in Sathorn or central Bangkok, but for a stay close to the city center it’s a solid choice.

Nice hotel, has a small sky pool which has a good view on the surrounding buildings, gym is minimal. Comfy beds and good bathroom and seemed clean. Staff were helpful and not a bad location, only 800m from BTS.

Location: Inconvenient, difficult access to BTS (15-20 min walk), schedule buggy service , limited casual dining around the area. Walkway is narrow dark at night and. Filled with traffic... Check-in/Staff: Rude, incompetent staff, poor English, delayed room check-in for an hour, no apology from them, unprofessional behavior, gossiping about guest. Room: Cigarette stench, flooding unbalanced sink, inconsistent hot water, worn towels. This compact hotel has been utterly ruined by weak management and its appalling staff. Their rude, dismissive attitude and complete lack of basic hospitality were a daily ordeal. Zero greetings, constant unprofessional behavior, and open gossiping made passing through the lobby a truly unpleasant experience. It's clear that the staff's behavior stems from a lack of proper management and training. While the hotel itself clearly needs maintenance, it's the toxic combination of negligent leadership and terrible staff that makes this place a disaster. Save yourself the misery for alternatives, There are plenty of similar price range hotels in Bangkok.
