We had a fantastic stay here! Anna was so thoughtful and fabulous - she gave us many tips for the city and the personal touches were beautiful. The room was amazing, we slept really well and enjoyed the space and the terrace area. We cant wait to go back!

This place and its owner are so wonderful that I would give six stars if I could. We have been in many five star hotels in the last years and they were never so well equipped. Anna has really thought of ALL the things a traveller could need. She put so much effort into all the details that you can feel her love and dedication in every corner. And the very best: The bed was amazing and the room could be darkened completely. We slept like in heaven. Thank you, Anna, I hope we can come back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our week in Florence at Rooms by Anna! Anna and her partner Giovanni were terrific welcoming hosts. The house has 3 guest rooms, and we certainly felt that ours, Muchetto, was the best. A large room and well-appointed with a cozy closed in balcony. The balcony was where we ended each day, reviewing the day and making pans for the next. The bathroom is a separate room, and the Black and white bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The house is a few blocks from a tram station which will get you into the central city. Several great restaurants and an amazing gelato shop are nearby. A full service grocery store is close to the tramline. Laundry is available in the shed at the back of the garden. If you sit out on the terrace, as we did, you may meet the neighbors' cats! If our path ever leads back to Florence (and I'm hoping that it does), we'll be back at Rooms by Anna. Thank you so much, Anna and Giovanni! April 2024 C & J
