A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect felt like a true escape. The view from my room was stunning; waking up to such a beautiful scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. The room itself was spotless, and spacious with all the amenities I could need. Every detail was clearly thought out for comfort and convenience. What really made the stay exceptional was the service. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Nike. Nike’s warmth and professionalism made me feel truly cared for—thank you! I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning for my next visit. Everything was perfect!

The views? Absolutely incredible! no complaints there. But the service? Kinda feels like a scavenger hunt. You have to practically go on a quest to find someone to take your order, and seating is basically a “choose your own adventure” situation which ends up 2 people occupying a space for 8. The staff seem nice, but not always on the same page. I get that dealing with tourists all day can be rough (some really are the worst! ), but for a place that’s supposed to be top-tier, I was hoping for a little more polish.

There was no reception or any attempt to assist us. We went to the restaurant hoping to enjoy a relaxed meal, but ended up leaving after being completely ignored—no one helped us find a table or even acknowledged our presence. The treatment felt discriminatory. As for the hotel itself, it’s far from impressive. They seem to believe it’s high quality, but in reality, it’s well below average.
