The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. My room was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, well-equipped, and especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was attentive. I had a fantastic time and i will definitely be back! I enjoyed a relaxing and convenient stay. I highly recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the hotel reception team for their outstanding service and support throughout our stay. Special thanks to George for his generous assistance in communicating with the airport regarding our luggage, and to Natia and Mariam for their constant kindness and cooperation. Your efforts made our stay more comfortable and relaxing. We greatly appreciate it! Unfortunately, the waiters in the restaurant spoke poor English and were rude. I can tell they were racist, since you don't speak their language. They acted as if you weren't there, and you could tell they were talking badly about you from the looks on their faces. Except for the tall blond man his name is Giorgi.
We visited the rooms last autumn, off-season and the experience was incredible. However, having arrived in summer, having paid for a room without a discount, we were disappointed. There are simply tons of people here. Most of the people are with children (just to know). There is no air conditioning in the room, although it is very stuffy. At the same time, there are no mosquito nets. The most unpleasant moment awaited us in the evening: we came to the restaurant and there was not a single free table. The hotel administrator apologized and said that we could have food in the room. In general, it is definitely not worth going here in the summer. For 420 lari per night we expected a slightly different experience. I will also note that the asphalt has disappeared from Bakuriani. The road to the hotel consists of stones and dust. If I am not mistaken, then last year everything was fine with the roads, maybe I’m wrong Then the view and the balcony: there’s no privacy and no view😅 The window overlooks either the parking lot or the concrete wall and the road. The partitions between the balconies are transparent. So you can easily communicate with your neighbours Thanks for the sleepless night because of heat and smoking neighbors
