Rooms Verona In

A nice quiet stay in downtown Verona. It’s on the outskirts so Taxis and Ubers can get a bit pricy which defeats the purpose of trying to book something that’s more economical. The rooms and service (communication) was top notch. Happy New Year 2025!

We stayed for 2 nights there. The room is big and is near the center but the TV is really really small . In the second night we had other rooms occupied and they made a lot of noise, not the rental fault of course. Location : 5+ we had gone to the center by foot Check-in: 5+ : everything is automatically done. Room: 3/4 : TV nok + noise.

First I would like to mention that for the price we paid , it was not worth it. The room was very creepy, we found it in complete darkness , very weirdly displayed ( you come in and it s a wall in your face) not so clean ( we found hair in the bed and the blanket was not in a sheet ,the sheet was under the blanket , maybe the cleaning staff was too lazy and left for us to put it) The shower it s just some curtains around you which was very annoying because they keep sticking to you while you use the shower. It was cold and the AC did not make any difference. The wc was dirty . The walls were dirty and they have the audacity to leave notes that if you somehow spilled something in the bed, they will charge you a 40€ fee. Very cheap, if you are in this kind of business you assume that sheets or towels will get dirty, maybe if the room was spotless and taken good care of it , I would've understand this, but in this condition no. The checkout CLEARLY says on booking that it is from 10:00 to 10:30 , again they leave notes everywhere that it is at 10:00 (and also a message on WhatsApp whit plenty of "!!!!!!" ) We stayed in room 1, and we were constantly being woken up by the very very LOUD door from the building entrance. It was so loud I would jump from my bed thinking that someone will come in our room. So I didn't feel safe , and also we were exhausted from not being able to rest properly after a full day of visiting. I asked if we cand change rooms so at least the last night we could have a proper sleep, but unfortunately there were no available rooms left ... Also you don't have any stores close, no restaurants, nothing. So bring water with you and snacks . We didn't appreciate that for 3 days and 2 adults we only received one toilet paper and one tiny shower gel. Not so much natural light and an odd smell inside. The furniture looks like outdoor furniture. In my opinion, this should not be a room for paying customers. I felt like I was in a hospital.. The picture attached where you can see the bed, that s the blanket I mentioned that had no sheet on it. Also, there is no cover for bed ,so that was extremely unhygienic because you can't tell me they changed the blanket after each customer. I can't say we liked anything about this stay , I can appreciate the free coffee left for us in the morning and that you can walk (30-40 minutes) to the old center and train station. Wifi was ok. Outlets by bed for changing phones.
