Great location. My room was spacious, clean and had a modular kitchen in it (which I didn't use). Definitely recommend it and I will stay there again. Parking is a bit pricey, but it is fairly central in Chester, so worth living with
I’ve not yet to visit as had to cancel today due to the storm but I wanted to comment about the customer service received today from Andrea to sort the rebooking of our room. She has been helpful and prompt in arranging an alternative meaning we don’t lose our money due to the adverse weather. Can’t wait to actually be able to stay
Great location by the Racecourse and a 5 minute walk to Bridge Street. Clean and functional, comfortable bed. Good quality shower. Lift access if you have luggage or a buggy. I'd stay here again solo if travelling for work and I needed a desk and good WiFi.
