An absolutely wonderful hotel stay from start to finish! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The atmosphere was peaceful and made it easy to unwind. A real highlight was the exceptional service. Our server, Steven, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!
Great hotel for a night out in Liverpool! This hotel is great for the price and I think is ideal if you’re going to Liverpool on a night out. Staff on reception were great, friendly and accommodating. We arrived to check in at 14:30 and our room was ready for us early which was great. Our room was a good size, large bed, fridge, TV, desk, kettle and space to hang our clothes. Bathroom was small but was nice and shower was a decent size and good pressure! Our room was very hot during our stay, no air con but windows opened and we had a desk fan in the room. This wasn’t too much help when outside was 18 degrees and was the only downside to our stay. Location Was worried about the location when we arrived as was right next to concert square, this was an issue when windows open but couldn’t hear a thing when the windows were closed. Check-Out 11am check out which is nice! Overall, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend to others staying in Liverpool only downside on this occasion was how warm the room was!
I stayed here for 3 nights in July. The hotel is very central and perfectly positioned for sightseeing, and the shops. The road is full of bars and clubs but the sound insulation in the rooms is excellent. My room was comfy and very clean, there's a safe and a fridge, big TV and a fan, no Aircon. The weather was not hot when I stayed but this is the hottest hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor is modern and nice, but very dark, if you wear makeup I suggest you bring a mirror so you can stand by the window to apply it. There is no space to hang dresses, if you need to do so I suggest you bring a hook. Breakfast was OK, the continental breakfast was very basic, and there's a small cooked breakfast menu, which is cooked to order.
