I had the pleasure of staying at Rori Hotel Hawassa, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The suite room was immaculately clean, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable environment for guests. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the unparalleled hospitality demonstrated by the entire staff. From the shuttle bus driver to the housekeeping team, security personnel, waiters, and waitresses, every individual displayed remarkable professionalism and a genuine dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Helen, and the waiter, Hailu, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their warmth, efficiency, and attentiveness were truly commendable. It was evident throughout my stay that the team prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit, a rare and admirable quality in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the hotel’s reservation process was seamless and efficient, reflecting their professionalism in every aspect. Without a doubt, this is a place I would eagerly return to anytime I visit Hawassa. Rori Hotel has set a high standard for hospitality and service excellence, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional stay.

Hotel Rori in Hawassa offers great service and a convenient location, making it a comfortable stay. However, the price is slightly expensive for the value provided. Still, a good option for a visit.

Me and my husband had a terrible experience there. We stayed in this hotel for four days in March ,2025. For the amount we paid we didn't get a good service. A glass window covered with a curtain separates bathroom from the bedroom. So you are able to see inside the bathroom from where the bed is. That was so uncomfortable. The carpet smells. The wifi in the room doesn't work. We have to go to the lobby area every time we wanted to get internet access. Also there was no hot water. So we were forced to take cold water shower in the four days we stayed there. We requested for it to be fixed but nothing changed. For this kind of terrible service we paid about 90 bucks a night. For the amount we paid we get a descent experience here in USA. We don't recommend anybody to stay there.
