Stayed as a family of 4 for a week...rooms were simple but perfectly adequate and cleaned daily, beds comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. We went all inclusive, food was varied and tasty. The very cheerful gentleman on reception when we arrived (late Monday night) warned us when the dinning room was at its busiest and they unexpectedly provided a packed lunch as we arrived after everywhere was closed. Even during busy periods the staff were constantly clearing tables and refilling the food. The kids made the most of the pool and slides, plenty of sun loungers both sunny and in the shade and a variety of evening entertainment. Very happy with our experience - thank you 😊
The rooms are very small and poorly equipped. The bathroom has been renovated, but the rest of the room has not. There was no space to store small personal items, as the room was too cramped. The location is great, and the hotel is completely separated from the party and nightlife area. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent – there's something for everyone. The aqua park looks better in the photos. If you want a sunbed by the pool, you need to line up before it opens to reserve one. Standard rooms are too small for two adults and two children. On the positive side, the beds are extremely comfortable. Given the room conditions, the hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars
We have stayed 3 nights at this hotel (2 adults + 3 kids) and we have paid over 400 euros per night for a two double bedroom without a view (breakfast included). The pools are amazing for the kids and they have really enjoyed staying here. On the other side, the rooms are extremely small and simple, there isn't even a place to sit down. If you want to sit down, it has to be either on the bed or on a chair in the terrace. The pools and dining room are in general overcrowded and one thing that came up to our attention is that during breakfast/dinner time, for some reason the service does NOT pick up the dirty plates from the tables which you wouldn't expect from such a pricey hotel.
