Rose Court Motel Rotorua

Friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Was a pleasant stay nice spa worked well, was clean perhaps a little bit of a refresh on the curtains could be done. The only let down was no milk provided for refreshments and no wifi provided. But would stay again.

This was the most disgusting motel I have stayed in. We went into the room had a look around and instantly felt dirty. The shower had hair all through it. There was no hand towel, towels face clothes. The kitchen floor wasn't even cleaned. As I usually do is pull back the main cover of the bed to have a look at sheets etc and found a nasty yellow and brown stain on the blanket that you sleep with. We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else despite losing out on money.

I really wish I could rate this no stars at all, when we first arrived here it took us waiting 20 minutes for reception to finally come, when we got there, everything was nasty and dirty. The beds and bathrooms and everything around us were nothing like the photos and the shower was filled with dirt and grease, the curtain was also broken but when we asked for a new room or a repair they refused us. The spa pool is also extremely unsanitary, theres mold everywhere and vines and insects spread around. Not to mention it just being by the road so we couldn’t get an inch of sleep during the night. I could get much better motels/hotels for a much cheaper price. This is a big scam; do not go here if you want to enjoy your holiday.
