Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha Opposite Metro Station

I had a great experience at Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day. I especially want to highlight the restaurant staff – they were extremely warm and welcoming. Even though I stayed there almost two months ago, I still remember Avijit and Jennifer by name, which says a lot about the positive impression they made. Their hospitality truly stood out. While the hotel isn’t exactly in the town center, one of its biggest advantages is its proximity to the metro station, making it very easy to travel around Dubai. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with genuinely kind staff and good service.

Disappointing Stay at Rose Park Hotel Dubai My experience at Rose Park Hotel was far from satisfying. The breakfast was below average and, believe it or not, you had to pay extra for a cappuccino — ridiculous! The room was tidy but nothing special. The rooftop pool was quite unattractive and definitely needs a refresh. The gym was decently equipped, which was one of the few positives. The spa, on the other hand, was old and poorly maintained. The sauna was always off, making it pointless. The worst part was the room service. They were extremely intrusive, ringing the doorbell multiple times in the morning while I was sleeping — it drove me crazy. Not a hotel I would recommend or return to.

Worst hotel experience – avoid this place. When I arrived at Rose Park Hotel, the room had a strong unpleasant smell. I found hair in the bathroom, and it clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable, and the bed was even worse — dirty pillows and a very poor overall condition. Due to this, I immediately requested to cancel my booking and get a refund. I have proof to support my cancellation request, but the hotel refused to refund me, saying it was a “non-refundable” booking. It’s been over three weeks, and still no response or solution. This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here — the hygiene, professionalism, and customer care are far below standard.
