We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish; we would like to give special thanks to Mahmoud, who welcomed us at 4 a.m. with a warm, beautiful smile and the kindest of compliments. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel instantly at home, even at such an unusual hour. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart.
I'm so glad I stayed at this hotel. It was in a great location. We had easy access to everywhere. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. I especially want to thank the staff. They all took excellent care of us. If I come back, this would be the hotel I'd stay at again. Thank you.
This is a great place to stay. Very handy to the Metro station, the facilities are great and the staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. Had a great time with Islam on the first floor, made out stay just that bit more special. 100% would stay again, these guys are great.
