Roseland Centa Hotel

We stayed at Roseland Sweet and Spa Hotel in March 2025. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. The toilet seat is awesome with electronic adjustments...a feature that is rare!!! All staff are pleasant and helpful. For vegeterians the breakfast spread is poor..but I have given the hotel 5 stars owing to Bamboo who is an assistant in the restaurant. She was extremely hospitable and provided us with a specially prepared veg dish. She also made a point of showing us what cintains pork or beef from in the buffet and what may be suitable for us. We felt very special..

I was truly impressed by the hotel and all of its services – from the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything was outstanding. Every staff member was consistently professional, kind, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how everyone greeted me with a cheerful “Good morning” each day – it made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly, like home. I’d like to give special thanks to Sun and Suee for their constant helpfulness and positive energy. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the older lady in charge of the 10th floor – her quiet dedication and care did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. I will definitely return!

We liked the hotel and location. Staff is excellent. Unfortunately, we received second degree chemical burns from the chlorine in the swimming pool! The photo is my leg. Can't post the really burned area because it's in my very personal space. Manager didn't really care, just made excuses of why they put so much chlorine in the pool. We're returning home early to see our doctors for the burns. My bathing suit is now perfectly white, so there's that. DON'T GO IN THE POOL!!!
