Just back from a great 2 week stay at the Rosen Plaza. It is our family's favourite Orlando hotel. It's in a great location, it's so clean, the staff are all lovely and friendly (special shout out to all the Cafe Matisse breakfast staff, Jason on the front desk who was so friendly when we arrived after a very long day/transatlantic flight, and the lovely smiley lady who makes the pizzas/paninis/baked potatoes at the Lite Bite!). We loved our buffet breakfasts, ate in the 39 Bar/got a few takeouts from Lite Bite. All of the food & drink was excellent. Also love the pool and jacuzzi for chilling out. We will return!

This hotel is older but in a great spot, within walking distance of great nightlife and restaurants. The pool is huge and the lawn chairs are endless. Valet is quick. Coffee shop inside has delicious coffee. Poolside bar serves food as well and it’s great. There is also a lobby bar that is pretty good as well. Not impressed with the restaurant here though. Other than that, all around great experience.

We recently stayed here on our first trip to Orlando. I’d be more than happy to stay again on future visits. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. I was really impressed with the attention to detail of the cleaning staff. It’s a rare find to have your room done every day these days. Location was ideal for the Disney and universal attractions. I don’t think I paid more than $15 dollars in a taxi to visit any of the parks. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of is the hotel is a hot spot for various conferences so some areas can be blocked off for exclusive use by companies.
