Rosenburg Hotel Brugge

We booked Twin Room with canal view. 2 nights for 230 euro with out breakfast and not included city tax. We arrived early than check in time but able to check in already, that's nice. We got room in the end. Pros - big and quiet Cons - don't have canal view Room were ok, as picture, good A/C. We stayed 2 nights but we didn't get daily cleaning even we put sign out and asked reception if the room still get clean when we left the room (around 12 pm) they said yes but when we got back (9 pm++) the room still the same as we left . So my husband went down to ask for new shower gels and towels. The receptionist is nice, apologize and bring what we asked to the room. Location is ok, bit outside of the city center, less convenient but quiet. Parking also available with cost. We did park our car nearby.

Nice comfortable rooms. Air conditioner is very good. Location is a little outside the main areas but very accessible and easily walkable. Very good value all round.

Good hotel. Clean beds. Comfortable (although the pillows are very very soft and you kinda need 2, or even 3 + the blanket makes a lot of noice when turning in bed). Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is good enough, plenty of options. Great location in the old town. Biggest downside: thin walls. We had a family with a baby in the next room and there wasn’t much sleep so to speak. Airco has a limit of 20 degrees so it got quite hot in the room, even in February. Opening the windows helped. Staff is friendly.
